We produce our products in the state-of-the-art factory in Sassenheim using production processes that meet the exceptionally strict hygiene and food safety standards. Our number one priority is a safe and consistent product. The BRC and IFS certified quality management systems have been implemented to ensure that our operating processes are correctly managed and that food safety is guaranteed. We have carefully selected our suppliers for their knowledge, expertise and reliability. The background and origins of our raw materials are completely transparent through our system of traceability.
About VAN DER MEY
We started as a small family business in 1956 and over 65 years we have expanded to become a major player in the international meat processing industry. With more than 175 staff, 20,000 square metres of state-of-the-art production rooms, we have a capacity of over 400 tonnes of ham and bacon products per week.
